Shipping policy
Guaranteed delivery times are based on your zip code.
All orders are shipped fully insured and shipping is free. A signature is required for all deliveries, the customer must sign acknowledging reception of their package at the time of delivery.
Once we receive an order we will review it to make sure all required information has been submitted. For example, ring size, requested inscription for engraved items, the name for a nameplate order, or the letters for a monogram order. If we find that all information has not been submitted we will promptly reach out to the customer via email requesting the required information. No order will be processed if we have not received any or all of the required information.
Customized items take approximately two weeks to fulfill. Once fulfilled the item will be shipped next day. Customer must provide a good email and cell phone to receive updates regarding the order status.
Once we have processed your order you will receive via email your purchase order receipt along with your tracking number, please keep both for your records. Again, all deliveries require customer signature upon delivery.
At this time shipping is reserved for Canada and the United States.
Carriers may also add additional assessorial fees based on delivery area.
Liability
All carriers are responsible and liable for any damages that may occur in transit. If you suspect any damage or shortage caused during transit, follow these instructions:

Do not sign delivery bill or receipt without making a note on the delivery bill.
- Retain all packaging materials until the carrier has made an inspection.
- File a claim directly with the carrier within 15 days. Ozoara & Co. cannot file a claim for you.
