You may select any precious metal, or gemstone here. In the search box titled "search" type in diamond heart ring.  Select the ring, select your desired precious metal color, then select the blue button called "set stones". You may select a a different color per stone or the same color for the entire ring. The price will vary according to stones selected. 

Specs: 14 round cut 2.2mm diamonds, weighs 2.907DWT (4.52grams) and the setting type is Prong Half Channel in 14k yellow gold.
